Dies wirkt sich auf den Blutzuckerspiegel aus, daher kann es wichtig sein, den glyk\u00e4mischen Index f\u00fcr Menschen mit Diabetes oder diejenigen, die versuchen, ihr Gewicht zu kontrollieren, zu verstehen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Backprodukte wie Brot, Kuchen und Geb\u00e4ck haben im Allgemeinen h\u00f6here glyk\u00e4mische Indizes als andere Lebensmittel, da sie gro\u00dfe Mengen an raffiniertem Getreide und zugesetztem Zucker enthalten, der w\u00e4hrend der Verdauung leicht abgebaut wird. M\u00fcsliriegel k\u00f6nnen auch hochglyk\u00e4mische Zutaten wie Sirup oder Trockenfr\u00fcchte enthalten, die dazu f\u00fchren, dass sie im glyk\u00e4mischen Index (GI) \u00e4hnlich eingestuft werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Allgemeinen hat alles, was aus Wei\u00dfmehl hergestellt wird, aufgrund seines Mangels an Ballaststoffen einen hohen GI-Wert \u2013 was bedeutet, dass es schnell zerf\u00e4llt. Vollkornprodukte schneiden auf der GI-Skala tendenziell niedriger ab, da sie mehr Ballaststoffe enthalten als verarbeitete Getreidemehle. Dies h\u00e4ngt jedoch davon ab, wie viel Vollkorn bei der Herstellung dieser Produkte im Vergleich zu anderen Arten von Mehlquellen verwendet wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zum Beispiel w\u00fcrde etwas mit der Bezeichnung \u201eHalbvollkornbrot\u201c auf der GI-Skala wahrscheinlich immer noch ziemlich hoch bewertet werden, da nur die H\u00e4lfte aus Vollkorn hergestellt wird und nicht aus Vollkornsorten
