Los productos l\u00e1cteos suelen tener un IG alto, lo que significa que pueden tener un impacto inmediato en los niveles de glucosa en sangre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, hay algunas opciones l\u00e1cteas que se pueden disfrutar sin aumentar demasiado el nivel de az\u00facar en la sangre.
