Les barres de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales peuvent \u00e9galement contenir des ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 indice glyc\u00e9mique \u00e9lev\u00e9 comme le sirop ou les fruits secs, ce qui les fait se classer de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re sur l&rsquo;indice glyc\u00e9mique (IG).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, tout ce qui est fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de farine blanche aura un indice glyc\u00e9mique \u00e9lev\u00e9 en raison de son manque de fibres, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;il se d\u00e9compose rapidement.
