Les boissons \u00e0 IG \u00e9lev\u00e9 peuvent entra\u00eener des pics et des chutes d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie qui ne sont pas souhaitables pour le maintien de la sant\u00e9 globale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ceux qui recherchent des options plus saines lors du choix des boissons \u00e0 consommer, l&rsquo;indice glyc\u00e9mique fournit un excellent guide sur les types les mieux adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 leurs besoins. environ 70 tandis que le score du vin rouge est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 25-30 selon la vari\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En conclusion, si vous recherchez des choix de boissons saines, optez pour des alternatives \u00e0 faible indice glyc\u00e9mique telles que l&rsquo;eau froide\/caf\u00e9\/th\u00e9 sans ajout d&rsquo;\u00e9dulcorant aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de 100&nbsp;% de jus de l\u00e9gumes et d&rsquo;eau de noix de coco &#8211; ceux-ci n&rsquo;ont pas seulement bon go\u00fbt mais aident \u00e0 maintenir l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre naturel de notre corps aussi ! \u00c0 l&rsquo;oppos\u00e9 du spectre se trouvent les sodas sucr\u00e9s et les bi\u00e8res dont la consommation doit \u00eatre r\u00e9duite au minimum en raison de leurs IG \u00e9lev\u00e9s qui leur sont associ\u00e9s &#8211;
