Les produits laitiers sont souvent \u00e9lev\u00e9s sur le IG, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;ils peuvent avoir un impact imm\u00e9diat sur votre glyc\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, certaines options laiti\u00e8res peuvent \u00eatre appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es sans trop augmenter votre glyc\u00e9mie. Comprendre l&rsquo;index glyc\u00e9mique des produits laitiers vous aidera \u00e0 faire des choix \u00e9clair\u00e9s sur quoi manger et quand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fromage a g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un faible indice glyc\u00e9mique car il faut plus de temps \u00e0 notre corps pour d\u00e9composer ses prot\u00e9ines et ses graisses complexes que les glucides comme le pain blanc ou les pommes de terre. Mais cela varie selon le type de fromage : les fromages \u00e0 p\u00e2te dure comme le parmesan obtiennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des scores inf\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s \u00e0 p\u00e2te molle comme la ricotta ou le fromage \u00e0 la cr\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De m\u00eame, l&rsquo;IG du yaourt d\u00e9pend en grande partie des ingr\u00e9dients ajout\u00e9s&nbsp;; les versions nature ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre relativement faibles tandis que les yaourts aromatis\u00e9s aux fruits peuvent contenir plus de sucre et donc se classer plus haut sur l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le lait contient \u00e9galement du lactose &#8211; une forme naturelle de glucide &#8211; il a donc tendance \u00e0 avoir un classement moyen-\u00e9lev\u00e9 en termes de scores IG; le lait entier se situe entre 33 et 47 par rapport au lait \u00e9cr\u00e9m\u00e9 \u00e0 32-43 selon diverses analyses men\u00e9es par Harvard Health Publishing. Il en va de m\u00eame pour les autres types de laits: soja (30), amande (25), riz (54) etc., tous varient l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dans leur IG respectif en raison de leur composition diff\u00e9rente mais restent globalement majoritairement des valeurs mod\u00e9r\u00e9es &#8211; id\u00e9ales si elles sont consomm\u00e9es avec mod\u00e9ration avec repas contenant des glucides riches en fibres ou des graisses saines qui ralentissent le taux de digestion et r\u00e9duisent la r\u00e9ponse maximale \u00e0 l&rsquo;insuline en cons\u00e9quence!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, les cr\u00e8mes glac\u00e9es se classent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tr\u00e8s bien en raison de leur teneur en mati\u00e8res grasses et des sucres suppl\u00e9mentaires utilis\u00e9s pendant la production &#8211; allant de 61 \u00e0 trois chiffres selon le choix de la saveur\/de la marque! Pour minimiser tout pic potentiel observ\u00e9 par la suite, optez plut\u00f4t pour des desserts glac\u00e9s plus l\u00e9gers contenant moins d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients transform\u00e9s si possible\u2026 ou mieux encore, pourquoi ne pas essayer de faire des alternatives maison en utilisant des fruits surgel\u00e9s m\u00e9lang\u00e9s avec du yaourt grec et peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame de l&rsquo;avocat aussi?
