Toutes les viandes ont un indice glyc\u00e9mique de 0, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;elles n&rsquo;affectent pas du tout votre glyc\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La raison pour laquelle la viande a des valeurs IG si basses est qu&rsquo;elle ne contient pas de glucides ou de sucres qui entra\u00eeneraient une augmentation de la glyc\u00e9mie lorsqu&rsquo;elle est consomm\u00e9e. Les viandes fournissent des prot\u00e9ines et d&rsquo;autres nutriments essentiels sans contenir de glucides ou de sucres simples comme ceux que l&rsquo;on trouve dans les fruits, les l\u00e9gumes, les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et les produits laitiers. Cela les rend id\u00e9ales pour maintenir des niveaux d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie stables tout au long de la journ\u00e9e ainsi que pour les objectifs de gestion du poids, car il n&rsquo;y a aucun risque entre autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Choisir des coupes maigres dans la mesure du possible devrait faire partie de la strat\u00e9gie alimentaire de chacun, car elles ont tendance \u00e0 contenir moins de mati\u00e8res grasses tout en offrant une grande valeur nutritionnelle \u00e0 partir de sources de prot\u00e9ines comme les poitrines de poulet ou les c\u00f4telettes de porc &#8211; ce qui en fait
