L&rsquo;une des choses les plus importantes \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer lors du choix des noix \u00e0 choisir est leur index glyc\u00e9mique (IG).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;IG mesure la rapidit\u00e9 avec laquelle les glucides contenus dans les aliments augmentent votre glyc\u00e9mie apr\u00e8s les avoir consomm\u00e9s. Les noix ont un faible IG, ce qui signifie qu&rsquo;elles ne provoqueront pas de pics de glyc\u00e9mie comme d&rsquo;autres collations peuvent le faire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les amandes sont l&rsquo;un des types de noix les plus sains disponibles et ont un score IG allant de 0 \u00e0 2 selon la fa\u00e7on dont vous les pr\u00e9parez. Ils contiennent des acides gras monoinsatur\u00e9s, des prot\u00e9ines, des fibres, du magn\u00e9sium et de la vitamine E, tous essentiels \u00e0 une bonne sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les noix de cajou ont \u00e9galement un faible IG qui varie de 13 \u00e0 20 selon la m\u00e9thode de pr\u00e9paration&nbsp;; ces morceaux de noisette offrent une gamme impressionnante de min\u00e9raux, dont le zinc, le cuivre et le mangan\u00e8se, ainsi que des acides gras sains tels que les om\u00e9ga-3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les noix se classent assez haut parmi les noix avec un IG moyen compris entre 4 et 13, cependant, cela n&rsquo;indique pas n\u00e9cessairement que les noix augmenteront la glyc\u00e9mie beaucoup plus que les amandes ou les noix de cajou &#8211; cela signifie simplement que les noix doivent \u00eatre consomm\u00e9es avec mod\u00e9ration en raison de leur teneur en glucides l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que certaines autres vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de noix comme les noix de macadamia qui ne contiennent que moins de 5 grammes par portion !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les noix contiennent \u00e9galement beaucoup de graisses polyinsatur\u00e9es saines pour le c\u0153ur ainsi que des antioxydants tels que l&rsquo;acide ellagique qui peuvent aider \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger contre le d\u00e9veloppement du cancer en favorisant la mort cellulaire dans les cellules tumorales sans nuire aux cellules des tissus sains environnants \u00e0 proximit\u00e9!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les noix du Br\u00e9sil sont un autre type qui m\u00e9rite d&rsquo;\u00eatre mentionn\u00e9, car elles contiennent d&rsquo;\u00e9normes quantit\u00e9s de s\u00e9l\u00e9nium b\u00e9n\u00e9fique &#8211; jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 644% d&rsquo;AJR par portion individuelle &#8211; ce qui les rend id\u00e9ales pour ceux qui essaient d&rsquo;obtenir suffisamment d&rsquo;apport quotidien uniquement par des sources alimentaires plut\u00f4t que par des suppl\u00e9ments\u00a0! Leur plage d&rsquo;IG est de 8 \u00e0 21 avec des portions plus grandes ayant des valeurs plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es, donc si vous cherchez sp\u00e9cifiquement \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler l&rsquo;augmentation de la glyc\u00e9mie apr\u00e8s les repas, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de la maintenir minimale ici aussi, pas besoin d&rsquo;aller trop loin pour l&rsquo;instant, car le Br\u00e9sil est toujours consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme relativement \u00ab\u00a0faible\u00a0\u00bb compar\u00e9 d&rsquo;autres l\u00e0-bas en tout cas!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l&rsquo;ensemble, lors de la s\u00e9lection du type de noix \u00e0 consommer, assurez-vous de pr\u00eater attention \u00e0 son profil nutritionnel individuel&nbsp;: \u00e9quilibre lipides\/prot\u00e9ines et nombre de glucides avant de choisir ce qui
