D&rsquo;autres options populaires comme le curcuma et le cumin ont un taux d&rsquo;environ 15-16 sur l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle IG, tandis que l&rsquo;origan et le thym se situent respectivement autour de 10-11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;utilisation de ces herbes et \u00e9pices peut vous aider \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des repas savoureux sans sacrifier la nutrition ni avoir un impact n\u00e9gatif sur les niveaux de glucose de votre corps. Ils sont parfaits pour ajouter de la saveur suppl\u00e9mentaire sans trop augmenter la teneur en calories non plus &#8211; ce qui en fait des ingr\u00e9dients id\u00e9aux lorsque vous essayez de maintenir un r\u00e9gime alimentaire sain!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, certaines \u00e9tudes sugg\u00e8rent que la consommation de cannelle avant de manger peut m\u00eame aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les r\u00e9ponses glyc\u00e9miques postprandiales (glyc\u00e9mie) jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 30%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l&rsquo;ensemble, incorporer des \u00e9pices plus savoureuses dans nos r\u00e9gimes ajoute non seulement de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9, mais pourrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique du point de vue nutritionnel et diab\u00e9tique &#8211; alors pourquoi ne pas les essayer?
